FASPO Convention
FASPO convention for evaluating and calculating efficiency values in sponsorship
This convention supplements the existing "FASPO convention for efficiency evaluation of sponsorship expositions on television" of 1 December 1998 with additional media as well as on-the-spot contacts. Here, when establishing sponsorship contacts, the importance of remaining closely aligned with the existing contact definitions of the respective media is stressed in order to enable the contacts to be successfully realised in marketing and media planning studies.
The convention constitutes a consensus of the FASPO Sponsorship Association members and other market partners on the evaluation and calculation of sponsorship expositions and also offers solutions for individual practical cases. The convention takes account of the regulations contained in the valid "ZAW Rahmenschema für Werbeträgeranalysen" (Association for the German Advertising Industry framework schedule for advertising media analyses). The convention is to be further developed in line with the current standards for marketing and media planning.
