In Erweiterung des klassischen TV-Rechte-Portfolios positioniert sich SPORTFIVE mit der Produktion und der Vermarktung von digitalen Video-Inhalten (neben WM- und EM-Qualifikationsspielen auch Champions-League-Qualifikation, UEFA und UI-Cup sowie portugiesische, polnische und slovakische 1. Fußballliga) für das Internet und mobile Endgeräte im Bereich neue Medien.
Produktion von Video-Inhalten für das Internet
- Live-Video-Streaming (Pay-per-View): Lieferung des Live-Feeds mit englischem Kommentar an internationale Kooperationspartner
- Highlight-Videos: Lieferung von Videoclips mit deutschem und/oder englischem Kommentar
Produktion von Videoclips für mobile Endgeräte
Die Clips werden direkt innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach dem tatsächlichen Ereignis erstellt. Für eine Abspiellänge von 10 Sekunden wird (bei GPRS) in der Regel ein Speicherplatz von maximal 100 kB benötigt. UMTS-Clips sind mit 1 bis 2 Minuten Länge größer. Die Clips werden in dem vom Kunden vorgegebenen Dateiformat erstellt und können direkt in das Content-Management-System des Kunden eingespeist werden.
